Roxanne Baird

Roxanne Baird has been teaching in multicultural environments since 1997.  In 2002 she completed her training in elementary education with a focus on “International Teacher Education”.  She has taught elementary school students in two provinces in Canada as well as in Trinidad and Tobago.  Many of her elementary students used English as their second language.  In addition, she has taught ESL to adults and children in Canada and South Korea while also tutoring English to new immigrants settling in Canada.  Roxanne had been teaching at Medicine Hat College with the International Education department since 2005.  
 

Chandra R Halma

(B.A College of Arts & Science graduated spring 2008, University of Hawaii at Manoa, Honolulu, HI ) spent many years at various academy in Hawaii, US and Open Learning Agency in US where her foci were teaching ESL, TESL, Business English, interpreter training and business management. 

Chandra has taught the TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) program at San Francisco, CA since 2011 and has played a major role in curriculum development for the program. In addition, Chandra was related course work like Business Law, Financial and Managerial accounting, Information system, Macroeconomics, Statistics, Tools for the information age, and marketing.
